Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace have long been focus areas for impact investors, but have gained urgency and prominence in recent times. Social movements such as #Metoo, Black Lives Matter, and the dynamic community of investors seeking solutions to social/environmental market failures, have forced us to examine the homogeneity of prevailing industry paradigms.
