MAKING FINANCE WORK FOR GENDER EQUALITY AND WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT

Financial investments – ODA and beyond – is a key stepping stone for implementing commitments to gender equalityand women’s empowerment. The OECD and the GENDERNET are working together with partners towards a collaborative platform for more and better investments in gender equality and women’s empowerment.

This session will introduce the latest OECD analysis and provide an opportunity to learn and exchange about innovative opportunities to financially support transformative change. The discussion on this topic will continue in a parallel discussion group in Session 4.
